Make Health Last. What will your last 10 years look like?

Health is priceless. People sometimes take for granted what it means to live by consuming unhealthy foods on a regular basis.  With healthy eating and exercise at an all time low, the Canadian Health & Stroke Foundation has a compelling one minute video clip that depicts how the last 10 years of one’s life could look, and how on average, Canadians spend their final decade in ill health. The heartbreaking story features an older man, living two types of lives: The first, enjoying it with his wife and family, and the second, living in a healthcare facility.  It’s never too late to change your future.

vita-memcardI know, I know.  Sony’s love affair with proprietary formats is nothing new.  The beaten horse is long dead but I still need to vent my frustration and what better way than to let others know by fuming online, right?  Perhaps I can even help a few individuals make an informed decision.

Wii U Internals Revealed

For you tech porn junkies, in a recent “Iwata Asks” presentation (Iwata is Nintendo’s president for those not in the know) the Wii U guts were revealed to the public for the first time.  Components such as the motherboard, CPU/GPU chip and heatsinks highlight how small the Wii U is.  Developers have already stated that the Wii U is comparable in power to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.  While it’s cool to see that power condensed into a small form factor, it’s also a bit disappointing that the Wii U won’t be magnitudes ahead of the competition.  Without further ado, feast your eyes on Wii U’s innards.
